I am professional math tutor Linda Sinclair, and I have been tutoring full time for the past 27 years. My degrees are in both Mathematics and Mathematics Education from the University of Toronto. Early in my career, I taught at a prestigious private high school in South Florida, but soon realized that one-on-one tutoring was my calling. In this way, I am able to personalize lessons to each individual learner. Although I have a deep respect for classroom teachers, I have never looked back!
Over the years, I have helped hundreds of students improve their understanding of mathematics. The result is that they do well in their math courses, improve their standardized test scores, and engage with mathematics in ways they never expected. My students are South Florida public and private school students, high school and college students from all over the U.S. and Canada, and adults who seek discreet support with the math they encounter in their careers.
