Fees
Effective 8/15/18, the fee is $100 for each 1 hour appointment.
Your appointment begins at the scheduled time, even if you are late.

Payments
In-person appointments: Cash, checks, and Venmo payments are accepted. Payment is due at the end of each appointment.
Online appointments: Checks and Venmo payments are accepted. Please send payment after each appointment, or once per week for more than one appointment.
